1. Customer Responsibilities

• Level Installation Area: The customer is responsible for identifying and preparing a level area for the proper installation of pergolas or gazebos. This ensures the best and most accurate setup.

• Hardware Availability: Some pergola and gazebo sets may not include anchor

• screws. If needed, the customer may purchase the hardware, or we can supply the correct materials at an additional cost.

• Delivery of Materials: Customers must ensure all boxes and components are delivered and available before the scheduled installation. Missing parts may delay or affect the quality of the installation.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Deposit: A $79 deposit is required to secure the installation date. This deposit is refundable only if the customer cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund of the deposit.

3. Trash and Clean-Up

• Trash Policy: All packaging materials and debris will be left neatly on the customer’s premises in the original boxes.

• Trash Removal Service: If the customer prefers us to remove the trash, a $69 fee will apply.

4. Payments and Fees

• All payments, including the deposit and any additional fees (e.g., for anchor screws or trash removal), must be settled in full at the time of installation.

5. Liability

• AssemblyProsDMV.com is not responsible for delays or issues caused by unprepared installation areas, missing materials, or insufficient hardware.
